1/4 c. lightly toasted pine nuts
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
2 c. basil leaves
1 c. spinach leaves
squeeze of fresh lemon
1/2 to 1 c. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put garlic and pine nuts in food processor or blender until ground to a paste. Add basil, spinach leaves and Parmesan cheese and pulse. Drizzle in the olive oil while blender/processor is running until your desired consistency. Add salt to taste and finish with a squeeze of lemon juice
