1/2 pint creamed cottage cheese
2 sticks (1 cup) margarine
2 cups flour
4 tbsp melted butter
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Make pastry of cottage cheese, margarine and flour. Roll out on lightly floured board until 1/8-inch thick. Spread dough with melted butter, then sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts. Cut into triangles 3-inch wide at the base, roll into sticks. Place on greased sheet, with point side on bottom and bake for 20 minutes.
