1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling (or apple or blueberry)
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9x13-inch pan. Spread pineapple with its syrup evenly. Spoon pie filling evenly over the pineapple. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the mixture, then top with the nuts. Cut the butter into thin slices and place evenly over the mixture. Bake 50 minutes or until golden brown.
