Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground beef
1/4 c. minced onion
2 large cloves minced garlic
1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
seasoned salt (add to taste)
1 egg (to help mixture stick together)
oil (for deep frying)
corn tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
1)Place beef, garlic, tomatoes, seasoned salt and egg in a bowl and mix with your hands. Wash your hands afterwards, to prevent contamination.
2) Heat oil in a skillet (add enough oil to fry the flautas in).
3) Place a few (3-5) tortillas in a damp cloth and microwave for about 30 secs. or until soft. The tortillas must be moist and warm to prevent them from cracking when rolling. Try to work fast and don't let the tortillas get cold or they will crack when you try to roll them.
4) Place a large spoonful of beef mixture on a warm tortilla, spread beef so it fills the tortilla, then roll tortilla tightly.
5) Place rolled tortilla in hot oil and fry until crispy. Turn flauta occasionally while frying so it cooks well on all sides. Try to keep beef mixture inside tortilla while frying otherwise your oil will get dirty. Repeat steps 3-5 once you have used up all of your warm tortillas until your beef mixture is used up.
