Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs of ground round (beef)
1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup diced yellow onion
1 small can (8 oz I think) whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup
1-2 cups grated cheese (I used the Mexican blend)
2 cups cooked macaroni noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger along with diced green chilies, garlic and diced onion until meat is no longer pink in color. While that is browning, cook macaroni according to directions on package, drain water completely. Combine tomato sauce, tomato soup and corn. When meat has finished browning, add macaroni and soup mixture. Layer meat and cheese in a 2 quart buttered casserole, making sure the top layer is cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 25 minutes, or until bubbly.
