1 lb Jimmy Dean bulk sage sausage (or Italian sausage and add 1 tsp sage)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp dried basil
2 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 pkg (17.3 oz) frozen puff pastry, thawed

Preheat oven to 350º. In a large bowl, combine the sausage, onion, basil, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Unfold pastry onto a lightly floured surface. Cut pastry sheet into three strips. Spread 1/3 of sausage mixture down the center of each strip. Fold pastry over and press edges together to seal. Cut each roll into 1-inch slices. Place seam side down in a shallow baking dish lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
