Notes: I got this recipe when I was volunteering down in Galveston, TX over winter break. We were invited to families for Shabbat and this dish was so good that I wouldn't leave our host alone until she told me exactly what she did. Plus, every college student is looking for a cheap and easy dish (and the fact that it is made with alcohol doesn't hurt!) Enjoy!
