1 stick butter or marg
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
3 very ripe bananas
2 cups flour sifted
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Nuts (if desired but who would?)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter and sugars in Cuisinart mixer. Add egg. Add 3 bananas, making sure all are well chopped. Add flour, baking soda and salt.
Pour into greased bread pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for one hour. Cover with tin foil and bake 10 more minutes.
