1 T. pepper
1 1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp. seasoning salt
4 salmon steaks (about 2 lbs.)
1/4 c. melted butter
lemon slices & parsley for garnishing

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. In a small bowl, combine pepper, ginger and seasoned salt. Press lightly into both sides of salmon steaks. Arrange steaks in a single layer in a greased, shallow baking pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake, basting once with pan juices, until salmon is opaque in color (about 15 minutes.) Garnish with pan juices, lemon and parsley if desired.
