One gallon of boiling water
one handfull of dried Hibiscus flowers
two limes cut and squeezed for the juice
suger or sweetner of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to boil and add the Hibiscus flower to the water. When the flower turns whitish, cool down and strain into another container for refigeration. Add the lime juice. You can add sugar at this time for your own taste or let who ever drinks it add their own. We add our own because I am diabetic.

This is a good substitute for coolaid. Once you have tasted it you won't go back. You can buy the dried flower at Food Max in the bin, and at any Mexican food display in the stores. The Hispanics use this for heart and kidney problems, and also very good for diabetics. Very refreshing in the hot summer days!
