Directions:carefully peel egg shell off the egg and cut in half if your going to use as devil eggs - just mash all of the egg if you want to use for sandwiches later. Then add to bowl the cooked egg yolks and all of the other ingredients, then mix together. Place the cooked white part of the egg in an devil egg server or on a plate. after you have tasted the mixture to make sure it is as salty as you prefer, (I don't like to use any salt because it causes swelling), fill the empty egg white shell. Sprinkle top of each egg with a dash of Paprika. You can also add a garnish on top: slice of green or black olive, a small slice of green onion ( or add diced up into mixture for another flavor added), and a very small sliver of red or green bell pepper in shapes if that is how creative you want to be. Eggs can be cooked and peeled day before. |

Notes: What to do with those hard boiled eggs after Easter??? Make devil eggs for the dinner that day, or can also be used to make sandwich filling that will stay for up to 4-6 days depending on how cold you keep your refrigerator. My family begs me to make them at every family dinner occasion or get together.
