4 cups (about 2 1/2 cans) chickpeas/garbanzo beans (Progresso beans tend to be softer and better),
1/2 cup tahini (sesame paste),
1/3 cup warm water,
1/3 cup high quality olive oil,
juice of 4 lemons,
2 garlic cloves, grated,
1 1/2 tsp salt,
2 tsp ground cumin seed,
shake of paprkia.

Combine chickpeas, tahini, warm water, olive oil, and lemon juice in a food processor. Process until smooth and creamy. Add garlic, salt, cumin seed and process to blend. Shake paprika over the top once it's in your serving bowl.
