Holiday Shrimp Cocktail Recipe

2 lb.s medium cooked, peeled Shrimp.
7 whole Lemons.
3 large Cucumbers.
4 medium stalks Celery.
1 bunch fresh Cilantro.
1 bunch small Green Onions.
4 small Serrano Chilies (more if desired hotter but be careful!).
1 large can (about 32 oz.) V8 Vegetable Juice Drink.
1 single serving can (about 10-12 oz.) Snappy Tom Tomato Juice cocktail Drink (regular or spicy if desired).
About 1 teaspoon Salt to taste.
About 1 teaspoon granulated Garlic Powder to taste.
About 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper to taste.
Optional: a few drops of Tabasco Sauce if desired.

Remove tails from Shrimp if necessary. Place in large deep bowl, pitcher or bucket.

Squeeze the juice of 6 of the lemons onto the Shrimp (careful not to get the seeds in it). Stir a little bit.

Slice the last lemon in thin slices and place in bowl with Shrimp. Set aside while you prepare the rest of recipe.

Slice the cucumbers lengthwise and then chop into chunks. Place in bowl with Shrimp and gently stir. Dice the celery into small pieces, add to Shrimp mixture and gently stir. Next, dice the green onions and add to mixture the same way.

Dice the chilies into very tiny pieces and stir into mixture. More chilies can be added if you prefer hotter. Pour the cans of V8 and Snappy Tom juices into the mixture and gently stir. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix well. Add Tabasco Sauce if desired.

Chill in refrigerator for at let 1 hour or longer before serving.

Place the bowl on a bed of crushed ice, give everyone plastic cups and spoons, let them ladle the mix into their cups and enjoy!
