5 pounds of peeled diced potatoes, rinsed
1 large onion, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1 teaspoon of chicken soup base
2 cups milk
salt & pepper to taste
1 pound of hot dogs, sliced into coins
3 tablespoons of corn starch, dissolve in cold water

Directions:
Directions:
place potatoes, onions, celery into large pot.
Cover with water.
Cook on high until almost tender, reduce heat to low
Add chicken soup base and salt & pepper
Add hot dogs
Bring to a boil
Stir in corn starch mixture, let simmer until soup thickens

Serve with homemade bread or rolls
