2 chicken breasts- halved
2 sheets puffed pastry- thawed and cut in half
fontina cheese
dried sage
salt and pepper
egg wash (1 egg beaten and 1 T. water)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Season chicken with salt and pepper. In skillet over medium heat cook chicken until just about fully cooked. (Do not cook chicken entirely.) Remove from heat. On puffed pastry sheet place chicken, cheese and sprinkle with sage. Wrap puffed pastry securely around chicken. Place on baking sheet. Brush puffed pastry with egg wash. Place in oven for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.
