5 lbs Potatoes, peeled
Salted water

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 Tbsp onion salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp.pepper

Butter for garnish
Paprika for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain. Mash. Add cream cheese in pieces. Add next 5 ingredients. Beat until smooth and fluffy. Turn into a 3qt. (3.5L) casserole. Make indentations with back of spoon. Put a dab of butter in each indentation. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover. Heat in 350šoven until heated through. If putting cold casserole into oven, you will need to stir occasionally to prevent outside crusting. Allow 20 - 30 minutes for warm and at least 1 hour for cold.

This can be made a day ahead or simply mash and put in oven to hold about an hour ahead .
