1 1/2 pounds of Italian sausage or ground chunk, one large glass of spaghetti sauce
1 c. sliced fresh mushroom's
1 c. yellow or red peppers
2 c. diced onion
1 T. garlic
1/4 t. red pepper flakes
3 c. mozzarella cheese
2 c. biscuit/baking mix
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1-2 t. oregano
1-2 t. basil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook sausage or beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
Pour spaghetti sauce into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with sausage or beef and onion, add mushrooms, peppers and 2 c. cheese.
In a bowl, combine the biscuit mix, eggs, milk and seasoning until blended. Pour over the top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered, at 400 for 25 minutes.
