Ingredients:
Ingredients:
For ONE Serving:

1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
OR
1-2 Piece(s) of Wheat Bread
Peanut Butter (enough to cover the bread)
1 Whole banana

Directions:
Directions:
If using a tortilla- on a flat surface spread the peanut butter so that the entire surface is covered, use as much or as little as you'd like.
Peel the banana and bend or break it until it is in a straight line, no curve in the middle. Then put it on one of the far sides (right or left) of the wrap. Roll the wrap until you can't any more, and the peanut butter should be sticky enough for it to stay put.
Last, cut the roll into pieces about one inch thick, or of whatever thickness desired, put on a plate and enjoy!
IF USING A SLICE OF BREAD
All the directions are the same, except for the first step. With the bread, take a rolling pin and roll the bread out very flat and thin, continue on with the normal directions and enjoy! You may need 2 slices of bread to fit the banana, but bread rolls easily together with a rolling pin if layered correctly!

This is one of my FAVORITE snacks. I learned it a few years ago from the kids on Zoom and I've been eating it ever since. It makes a great after school or before a sports practice snack, and even a quick breakfast before school or a meet! Almond butter can be substituted. Have fun with it! :)
