2 teaspoons olive oil
1 cup sliced red onion
2 medium garlic cloves, crushed
¼ cup Vodka
1 cup marinara sauce (can use jarred)
½ pound jumbo lump crab meat
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place a pot of 4-5 quarts of water on to boil. Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain.

Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet on medium-high heat. Saute onion and garlic until onion is transparent, about 3 minutes.

Raise the heat to high. Remove the skillet from the heat and add Vodka. Return to the heat and cook until Vodka is reduced by half, about 30 seconds. Turn heat down to medium. Add the marinara sauce and crab. Cook gently without boiling, two minutes. Stir in the cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Toss sauce and linguine together gently and serve.
