2/3 bushel of tomatoes
6 medium onions
2 stalks of celery
2 large green peppers
20 parsley sprigs
5 bay leaves
1/4 c. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and chop all vegetables. Cook in large kettle until vegetables are very well cooked down. Put through colander. Fill glass canning jars, put lids on and water bath for 15 minutes. Let seal, store and enjoy!
Great for drinking or to use in soups and casseroles.
