2 chicken breast, split
Shake 'n Bake ( chicken flavor)
1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 1/3 cups chicken broth
1 1/3 cups Minute Rice
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Coat chicken breasts with Shake 'n Bake and bake in ungreased casserole for 30 minutes. Remove chicken from casserole, add onions, sliced mushrooms and chicken broth to pan drippings. Stir in rice and salt. Arrange chicken on top, sprinkle with remaining Shake 'n Bake. Bake 10 minutes longer or until most of liquid is absorbed. Fluff rice with fork.
