Directions:
Directions:
Heat margarine in a heavy skillet just until hot enough to sizzle a drop of water. Break egg into a measuring cup; carefully slip 1 egg at a time into skillet. Reduce heat. Cook slowly, spooning margarine onto eggs until whites are set and a film forms over yolks (sunny side). Turn over when whites are set and cook until desired doneness for over easy.
