2 pkgs. frozen Rice Medley (rice, peas, mush.)
1 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 (4 1/2 oz) cans shrimp
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 (2 oz) jar chopped pimento
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt.

Cook rice until just thawed. Combine milk, eggs, Worcestershire Sauce and salt. Stir in Shrimp, cheddar cheese, pimento, onion and parsley. Pour into greased 11 x 7 pan and set aside. Mix sauce ingredients: shrimp soup, sour cream, lemonjuice and salt. Heat through. Pour over mixture in 11x7 pan. Bake dish at 325º for 50-55 minutes (until set). Stand 5 minutes before serving.
