1 stick butter
1 bunch green onions chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 can artichoke hearts
2 Tbsp flour
1 pint heavy cream
1/2 lb. grated Swiss Cheese
1 Tbsp sherry wine
Red pepper to taste
salt
1 lb. white crab meat or Shrimp

Melt butter in heavy pot and saute onions and parsley. Blend in flour, cream and cheese until melted. Add other ingredients; fold in crabmeat. Heat through. Serve in small shell dishes.
