1/4 cup olive oil
1/1/4 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp chopped garlic
4 tsp dried oregano
1 1/2 tsp fennel seed
1 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp Thyme
1 small bay leaf
pinch allspice and Cinnamon
2 1/2 cup crushed tomatoes
1-28oz. can dice tomatoes
2 1/2 cups clam juice
1 Cup white or red wine
26 1/2 oz. cans chopped clams, drained, reserve liquid
1 lb. uncooked cleaned shrimp
1 - 6oz crabmeat, drained
1 lb. Seabass
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
pinch of Cayenne pepper


Directions:

Heat oil. Add onions, garlic, and spices. Saute until onion is tender - 8 minutes or so. Add tomatoes, and liquids. Increase heat and boil until slightly thickened - about 15 minutes. Add seafood. Simmer 2 minutes. Mix in basil and simmer 2 more minutes (until shrimp is opaque). Season to taste.
