2 Bags of Small White Beans ( Do Not Use Navy Beans)
1 lg. Onion
1 pk. Chopped Chourico
2 pk. White Sausage
1 1/2 cups Ketchup
2 tbsp. Wet Hot Crushed Red Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot put beans and fill with cold water to cover ( Use a pot that will be able to go into the oven).
Soak the beans overnight.
Rinse beans and place back into the pot and cover the beans with water add onion, chopped chourico and wet red pepper.
Cook until beans are tender then add ketchup and sausage.
Heat oven to 400 degree and bake for about 1 to 1 1/2 hr. (uncovered)
