3 3 oz. packages ramen noodles, chicken flavor
2 T. salad oil
4 chicken breast halves, boiled and diced
5 carrots, grated
1 green bell pepper, diced
1/2 of a small onion, diced
2-3 T. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place the amount of water specified on the ramen noodle packets in a saucepan. Add ramen seasoning packets. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, add ramen noodles and cook for about 1 minute, or until noodles are barely softened. Drain noodles and discard liquid. In a large skillet fry the chicken and vegetables in oil until just tender. Add the noodles to the skillet. Sprinkle the mixture with soy sauce and continue to fry for 10 to 15 minutes, mixing gently.
