4 oz margarine
4 oz caster sugar
2 eggs
4 fl. oz. milk
12 oz mixed fruit
8 oz self raising flour
1 level tsp mixed spice
Toppings: walnuts, cherries, almonds.

Directions:
Directions:
Oven temp, 160ºC. Gas oven setting No3

1. Grease and line 1 lb tin.
2. Place ingredients, except toppings, into mixer.
3. Mix for 1 minute.
4. Spoon into tin, level top and decorate.
5. Bake on centre shelf for 1 1/4 - 1 1/2hrs.
