Kale
1/2 c Tahini (sesame seed paste)
1/4 c Tamari (soy sauce)
1/2 c water
1/4 c Nutritional Yeast
1/4 c Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Scallions
1 clove garlic
Juice of 1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Break of pieces of kale. Put all other ingredients into blender and blend. Coat kale with sauce and put onto liner sheets in the dehydrator. Can sprinkle 1/4 tsp sea salt and ground sunflower seeds on top. Dehydrate for 6 hours @ 115º. May need to rotate to dry evenly.

I have yet to try this recipe, but the kale crop was so good last year, that I would like to try this recipe this summer.
