3 large yellow onions
3/4 c flax seeds, ground in high speed blender
3/4 c raw sunflower seed, ground also
1/2 c Nama Shoyu (soy sauce)
1/3 c olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and half the onions, then in a food processor, cut the onions with the slicing disk. Put cut onions in a large bowl, add remaining ingredients, and mix until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Spread 2 cups of the mixture evenly on a lined dehydrator tray. Repeat until all the mixture is used. Dehydrate @ 100 degrees for 24 hours. Flip the tray over into a work surface and gently peel the sheet off the bread. Return to the dehydrator for another 12 hours. When done,cut into 9 equal pieces.
