2 lb. bag red skin potatoes
7-8 boiled eggs (diced)
1 lb. bag mixed vegetables (steamed)
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp. mustard
2 c. Miracle Whip
Salt, pepper, garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut red skin potatoes into cubes; boil in medium pot for 15-20mins. Allow potatoes and mixed vegetables to cool for about 10mins. Add diced boiled eggs, sweet pickle relish, mustard, and Miracle Whip and mix. Add salt, pepper, and garlic; season to taste.
