2 large green peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up beef or pork chops. Sprinkle salt and any seasoning of your choice on the meat. Cut onions and pepper into round shapes or rings. On a large frying pan fry the onion and pepper till just brown. (If the meat is more than the pan, use two pans). With a fork, move the fried onions to the side of the pan and add the meat. Move the onions over the meat and continue to add the meat till all is on the pan. Now bring all the onions over the meat so that the meat is under the onions. Cover the pan and cook on very low heat checking and turning the meat till tender (about 1-1/2 hours). After a few turnings, the onions become mixed with the meat. Make gravy and serve.

Gravy:
Remove meat from pan and leave some droppings on pan. Mix well flour and water to form no lumps.
Add salt. Place this mixture on the pan stirring constantly on low heat about 10 minutes.
