1-2lbs. of beef (cubed)
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tsp. baking flour
½ tsp. salt
2 c. water
Droppings from fried meat

Directions:
Directions:
Beef: Cube the meat and add salt. On a frying pan, heat the oil and add the meat.Lower the temperature to medium. Fry the meat periodically turning it on other side to brown evenly and avoid burning. Lower temperature to medium low; cover the pan and let it cook slowly. Check periodically to avoid any burning. If it dries, add little water at each check. Cook for about an hour or till done.
Make gravy from droppings.
Gravy:
Remove meat from pan and leave some droppings on pan. Mix flour and water, stir to avoid lumps.
Add salt. Place this mixture on the pan stirring constantly on low heat about 10 minutes.
