1 chopped onion
1 bunch of Daniya (cilantro)
2 tsp. Curry powder
2 tbsp. Cooking oil or (to your liking)
I small can tomato paste
1-2lb. Tilapia fish
Salt to taste
2-3 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
On a frying pan: Heat oil and fry onions and daniya till brownish. Add curry powder, and any other spices of your choice and salt. Keep stirring till well mixed on medium heat. Thoroughly mix tomato paste and water. Add to fried mixture, gently stirring the whole mixture till well mixed. Add fish. Cook for about 5-10 minutes; gently turn fish to the other side. Lower heat, cover the pan and cook slowly for at least one hour leaving some sauce for serving.

Serve with rice and vegetable of your choice.
