1 can crushed pineapple (#2 can)
2 pkgs. lemon jello
2 small pkgs cream cheese
1 4oz can pimento
1/2 8oz jar maraschino cherries
1/2 c fine cut celery
2/3 c fine chopped pecans
1/8 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Drain off pineapple juice and add enough water to this to make 4 cups. Let come to a boil and pour over jello. When cool set into refrigerator and nearly completely gel.
Mash cream cheese and mix thoroughly with the pineapple. Add other things to this and fold into jello. Pour in large mold or individual molds - chill

May fold in 1 c whipping cream, slightly sweetened, if you like to
