1 1/2 lb. hamburg
3 tbsp. butter
3 stock celery
1 lg. onion
4 cups beef broth
salt & pepper to taste
4 tbsp. Hoo-Mee Gravy Mix
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
In large frying pan melt butter and add celery,onion
and hamburg. Cook until hamburg is browned add salt, pepper and beef broth. Next mix Hoo-Mee Gravy with 1 cup water stirring well.Once the other ingredients come to boil add the gravy mixture to the pan.
