2 lbs. cut okra
1 lb. beef
1 c. olive oil
1/3 tsp. season salt
1/3 tsp. black pepper
1 can diced tomato or 1tbsp tomato paste

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and season beef to marinate for 15mins. In a small pot, steam or fry beef in 2tbsp of oil, cooking for 8-10mins. Heat remaining oil in a medium sauce pan. Add okra and let fry on medium/low heat with covered lid until okra is cooked. Add season salt, black pepper, and beef. Let steam on low heat for 10-15mins
