2 1/2 c. boiling water
2 large or 4 small packages Jello gelatin
1 c. cold milk
1 small package instant vanilla pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Stir boiling water into gelatin to dissolve completely. Let cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes. In a separate mixing bowl whisk pudding mix into the milk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Quickly pour in gelatin and whisk until well blended. Pour into a 9x13 pan. Refrigerate until firm (3 hours). To cut Jigglers dip the bottom of the pan in warm water for 15 seconds to loosen gelatin. Cut into shapes with cookie cutters. Lift from pan. Decorate shapes with piped frosting Valentine messages.
