20 Shrimp
1 Onions
1 Green chili (finely chopped)
3 Garlic cloves (crushed)
1 tsp. Red chili powder
1/3 tsp. Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
3 tbsp. Vegetable oil
1 Lemon juice
Mustard seeds Few
Cilantro leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Saute shrimp until tender. In another pan, add mustard seeds (after they crackle), add onions, then turmeric powder, green chili, and garlic. Cook for 2 or 3 minutes on medium heat then add chili powder and salt. Add the cooked shrimp into the pan, lemon juice and stir. Cook for 3 minutes and garnish with cilantro leaves. Serve over rice.
