2 lb. bag frozen spinach
1 lb. stew beef
1/2c. olive oil
1 bouillon cube
1/2 onions diced
1 smoke turkey beck bones (cut)

Directions:
Directions:
Season beef and put in medium sauce pot with smoked turkey neck bone. Cook for 20mins on medium heat with covered lid; add spinach and olive oil. Cook for additional half hour. Add small quantity of water as needed to avoid greens from burning or sticking to the pot.
