1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cp granulated sugar
1 carton (12 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
3 drops food coloring
1 cp keebler fudge shoppe grasshopper cookies, crusted
1 (6 oz) ready crust chocolate pie crust
fresh mint leaves and chocolate leaves, for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
1) In large mixing bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar at med speed until well blended.
2) Fold in 3 cps whipped topping, food coloring and cookies.
3) Spoon into crust.
4) Refrigerate 3 hrs or until set.
5) Garnish with remaining whipped topping. Huge dollap in middle of pie.
6) Decorate with mint and 3 chocolate leaves.

TIP: Would you prefer to serve this pie from your own dish?
Pull back the foil from the pie tin. Remove plastic lid and set aside. Brush 1 beaten egg white on surface of crust. Bake at 375f for 5 mins; let cool. Replace plastic lid. Place the crust, plastic lid side down, in the palm of your left hand. Lightly tap the bottom and sides of the pie tin to release crust. Carefully remove the foil tin, allowing the crust to rest on the plastic lid. With your right hand, place your serving dish on the top of the crust. Turn the plastic lid over in your right hand. Remove the plastic lid.
