1 cups milk
2 eggs
15 slices of stale raisin bread, torn
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. vanilla essence
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup dried chopped mixed fruit
1/2 cup dark rum

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Put bread pieces in a large bowl. In a different
bowl, lightly beat the eggs. Add milk and mix. Pour egg-milk mixture over the bread pieces. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a baking dish. Pour 1 inch of hot water into a deep pan and place baking dish inside it. Bake pudding for about 1-hour or until dried inside
