1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp, drain
1 c. sour cream
1 can crescent dinner rolls
1 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 tomato, sliced thin
½ tsp. salt
4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
dash of pepper
3 eggs, separated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Place crescent rolls into ungreased pie pan, pressing edges together to form crust. Layer crumbled bacon pieces, tomato slices and cheese. Beat egg whites until stiff, set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine egg yolks, sour cream, flour, salt and pepper, mixing well. Fold in egg whites and pour over cheese layer. Bake 35 minutes. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings. (This recipe ALWAYS had to be doubled to feed 5 or 6 people because we loved it so much!) A fruit salad goes well with it too.
