2 lbs. salmon (or fish)
1 small medium onion sliced in rings
1 stalk chopped celery
2 tomatoes sliced
1 teaspoon butter
Lemon juice
Chopped garlic (2 fegs)
Seasoning salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash fish in lemon juice. Sprinkle seasoning salt as desired. Place fish in deep pan, put onion, tomato, chopped celery and garlic and butter on top of fish. Add about 1/2 cup of water. Cover and steam for 12 to 15 minutes until fish is cooked.
