1 cup flour
1 stick oleo
½ cup chopped pecans
8 oz cream cheese
9 oz cool whip
¾ cup powdered sugar
2 sm. boxes instant lemon pudding
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, oleo and nuts cutting oleo into the flour (as for pie crust). Press into 9x13 pan and bake at 350◦ for 15 minutes. Cool. Mix cheese and sugar until creamy and well blended, add 1 cup cool whip, spread on cooled crust. Beat pudding and milk at low speed, spread on top of cheese, refrigerate. When firm add remainder of cool whip for topping.
