Crust:
2 c. flour
2 c. oats
1 c packed brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 c. butter, melted
Topping:
1 ( 300 g) pkg chipits milk chocolate baking chips
1 c slivered almonds
1 pkg SKOR toffee bits
1 1/3 caramel sundae sauce
1/3 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
CRUST: Combine first four ingredients in mixing bowl. Add melted butter. Mix well. Reserve 1 1/4 cups of the mixture for topping. Press remainder into greased 13 x 9 cake pan and bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes.
TOPPING: Combine baking chips, almonds and toffee bits. Sprinkle evenly over the base. Mix together the sundae sauce and flour until smooth. Pour evenly over crust. Sprinkle reserved oat mixture on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes longer, or until golden. Cool completely, then cut into squares.
