2lb Hamburg
1 onion
1 Pepper(red or green)
2tbsp of butter
2tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
1tbsp red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and olive oil in bottom of a frying pan. Roll Hamburg into small round balls and set aside.Chop your peppers and onions and place in pan, cook until soft and add the meatballs.(Mom used Portuguese all spice you have any). I use just the red pepper flakes and it worked out great.After meatballs are cooked add one small can of tomato sauce and about a quarter cup of Ketchup. Simmer for about 20 min.

I can remember making this for Rob,Tom
and Joy and that's all they would want. I make mash potatoes and have corn with it.
