Left Over Chicken
Left Over Spaghetti

10 large mushrooms
1/2 half fresh onion
1/2 half red/yellow/orange pepper
1/3 - cup flour
1/2 - cup white wine (cooking wine is okay)
3 - cups chicken broth
Pinch of nutmeg and juice from 1 lemon

Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Quarter or half your mushrooms, chop your onion and pepper. Saute in butter, add your flour to thicken, take off the heat
Add your white wine, chicken broth, nutmeg and lemon juice. Grate your Parmesan cheese.

Put your spaghetti into a casserole dish pour over your mixture top with Parmesan cheese and bake for 1/2 - 3/4 hour at 350 degrees
