6 c. all purpose flour
6 tsp. sugar
1 pk. yeast
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. water/milk (warm)
1 pt. oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, knead for about 5 minutes. Divide the dough into half; with one half at a time, roll it to a thickness of about 1/2 in. Use any cookie cutter to make pieces. Cover with kitchen towel and let it stand for 1 1/2 hours. Fry in deep pan on medium heat until the pieces are light brown.
