4 fresh cps fresh raspberries, divided
1/3 cp water
3/4 cp granulated sugar
7 1/2 tsp cornstarch
dash of salt
1 pastry shell, 9 inches, baked
whipped cream, opt

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a small saucepan, crush 1 cp berries.
2) Add water; simmer for 3 mins.
3) Strain, reserving juice; discard pulp and seeds.
4) Add enough water to juice to make 1 cp liquid.
5) In a large saucepan; combine cornstarch, sugar and salt.
6) Slowly stir in raspberry liquid, bring to a boil; cook and stir to 2 mins or until thickened.
7) Remove from heat and cool slightly.
8) Place remaining raspberries in pastry shell; pour glaze over top.
9) Refrigerate 2 to 3 hour or until set.
10) Serve with a dollap of whipped cream, if desired.
